Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you may do so online or by contacting our helpdesk at +91 9952143020 / 8056754020. We recommend initiating cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order for a smoother process.
For orders cancelled before shipment, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of the cancellation request. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after processing.

Cancellation After Shipping:
If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our helpdesk at +91 9952143020 / 8056754020 as soon as possible.
You may also refuse delivery at the time the order arrives. Once the returned order is received by us, the refund process will be initiated within 3–7 business days.
Refunds cover only the product price; shipping charges are non-refundable. The refunded amount may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account following processing.

Refunds After Product Return:
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has successfully passed our quality inspection at the warehouse.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer care team will contact you to arrange a convenient refund method via UPI or bank transfer. Please ensure you provide accurate payment details for a smooth refund process.
Allow 3–5 business days from the date of processing for the refund to reflect in your account.

International Orders:
Please note that international orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If cancelled prior to shipping, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable banking or transaction fees.
