At Bawse Baby, every product is designed with care, comfort, and safety in mind. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations in a fair and transparent manner, while upholding hygiene and quality standards essential for baby products.
- Received a Damaged or Incomplete Package? Here’s How We Can Help
We request customers to not accept delivery of a package that appears damaged or tampered with. If the package is accepted, please ensure that a clear unboxing video is recorded at the time of opening.
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. In the event of a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or receipt of incorrect or missing items, we request that you contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery, quoting your order reference number and sharing clear supporting photos or videos. To help us assess missing item claims accurately, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package, as this serves as essential evidence for verification.
Our team will carefully review the request and, upon verification, assist with a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest.
- Exchange & Return: What You Need to Know
We take great care to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. In the event of an issue with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, strictly in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or receipt of incorrect or missing items.
Products that have been used, washed, stained, altered, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for exchange or replacement. Such products, if returned, will be sent back to the customer in the same condition, and any additional shipping charges incurred shall be borne by the customer.
All exchange and replacement requests are subject to verification, our approval, and product availability. Requests received beyond the stipulated timeframe, or for reasons other than size issues, defective products, incorrect colour, or quality concerns, will not be accepted.

- Padded Underwears, & Nappies
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, padded underwears, langots, and cloth diapers are non-returnable, as they fall under the innerwear category.
An exchange may be considered only in cases of size discrepancy, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval at our warehouse. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched accordingly.
